Cooper & Brown ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Cooper & Brown SMS Program (the "Program"), which provides updates, notifications, appointment reminders, promotions, and other information via SMS and MMS messages to users who opt-in. Message types may include, but are not limited to:

Message frequency may vary based on your engagement with us.
By opting into the Program, you agree to receive recurring text messages (SMS/MMS) from Cooper & Brown at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency will vary.
You may opt out of the Program at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply "STOP" to any SMS you receive from us. After you send "STOP," we may send you a confirmation message to confirm that you have successfully unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS/MMS messages from Cooper & Brown unless you re-enroll.
You may rejoin the Program at any time by texting "JOIN" to 82222 or by contacting Cooper & Brown’s customer support to re-enroll. Once you rejoin, you will again begin receiving messages according to these Terms.

Message and data rates may apply. Cooper & Brown is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier as a result of participation in the Program. Charges may appear on your mobile bill or be deducted from your prepaid balance.
Wireless carriers and mobile network operators (including, but not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages.

By participating in the Program, you affirm that you:
Are the authorized account holder or have the account holder’s consent.Have provided accurate contact information.Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations, including the TCPA.
